Filling out the information under Issue Submission will kick off a chat session with one of our technicians. The required fields are Your Issue, Your Name, and a brief Describe Your Issue comment. Once you hit Submit, you’ll be connected with an IT technician. If all techs are busy, a message will be displayed in the text box. You have the option of holding on or closing the session and submitting a helpdesk ticket.
